Thank you for your interest in becoming an Affiliate of The Diaper Wagon! Our "Get on the Wagon" Affiliate Program allows you to easily earn store credit by referring customers to our boutique.

To become an affiliate:

Affiliate applicants supporting family-friendly web pages that feature: cloth diapering, breastfeeding, babywearing, parenting, gifts & clothing for children & families, family activities, children's educational products, natural home/personal care products and/or eco-friendliness are encouraged to apply!
We reserve the right not to accept any applicant based on site content. Such sites include but are not limited to those that: include x-rated content; promote violence and discord or discrimination of any kind; those that promote illegal or questionable activities; or those that do not align well with the values and product offering of The Diaper Wagon.

Logistics:

Upon approval log-in to your affiliate account.
To obtain your personally created links select "Get Links".
Copy/Paste the generated links on to any accepted web page such as: a blog, Facebook, business homepage, or any other family-friendly social networking webpage.
As an approved Affiliate you can earn 5-7% commission in the form of store credit every time a sale is generated via your personal link. Initially, you are eligible to earn 5% store credit commission. Once you have sold $4500 in sales, you will begin generating 7% in store credit sales commission.
As a member of our Affiliate Program, it is not permissible for you to submit orders thru your personal advertisement link.
In order for store credit to be earned, we must be able to find the button/banner/link back to our site.
You may log into your account at any time to view your store credit earnings.
Store credit commissions are paid out on a monthly basis via coupon code, typically around the 1st of the month and expire 6 months from payout date. Store credit coupon codes may be used one (1) time, on a single transaction; unsused coupon code dollars will not be retained.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash, including any products you purchase via store credit that you choose to return (if qualified). You will be reimbursed for the return via the method in which you paid (store credit).
Currently, our Affiliate Program allows you to earn store credit for all sales generated by your link. At some point in the future, we may put a limit on the maximum number of orders for which an Affiliate can earn credit from the same customer. If a change is made, we will be certain to notify you well in advance.
Our Affiliate Program automated tracking is done by cookies; your customers must "accept" cookies in order for the tracking system to work. The only instance where the tracking would not work is if the customer's security setting is placed on the "highest" level which blocks all cookies, which is unlikely.
Our system will automatically store cookies for 30 days; if a customer returns and submits an order within that timeframe, the system will remember that customer and you earn credit!

Agreement Duration:

This agreement will begin upon acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, although we strongly encourage written notification of such changes by both parties.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this Affiliate Program or your potential to earn store credit commissions from The Diaper Wagon Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time. We reserve the right to change, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with or without notice.

As a member of The Diaper Wagon Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions of the Diaper Wagon Affiliate Program and will comply with such terms. You further agree that you have read, understand and agree to comply with all terms, agreements, policies and disclaimers of The Diaper Wagon as numerically listed in the "Policies".
