United States Postal Service Shipping Insurance

United Stated Postal Service (USPS) shipping insurance is available for purchase for most shipments.

The Diaper Wagon is NOT responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen in transit; therefore, we highly recommend purchasing available shipping insurance.

First Class Mail:

• United States - Delivery confirmation is included for free. Shipping insurance is available for purchase and highly recommended.
• Canada - Delivery confirmation is not available; therefore, to prove evidence of mailing, we require that a "Certificate of Mailing" is purchased (this expense is covered by The Diaper Wagon on First class orders > $65). Insurance is not available for purchase for First Class International Mail. If you wish to have your package insured, please contact us immediately following order placement to upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail (w/ added insurance); you will be invoiced for the upgraded shipping and insurance expenses and your order processed accordingly. If your order qualifies for FREE First Class shipping (>$65), you will only be responsible for the difference between the First Class and Priority Mail shipping expenses.

Priority Mail:

• United States - Delivery confirmation is included for free. Insurance is available for purchase and is highly recommended.
• Canada - Includes free online tracking. Insurance is available for purchase and is highly recommended.
