1. Orders, Payments & Shipping
We operate The Diaper Wagon as an in-stock only boutique. On a very rare occasion our shopping cart may oversell an item, especially if inventory is low. If this occurs, we will notify you. Your item will ship directly from the wholesaler, which may take a few extra days. Similarly, if there is a particular size, color, or style of any item that is of interest to you, and currently out of stock, please contact us and we will do our best to make that item available for you!
At this time, The Diaper Wagon ships to the United States (U.S. fifty states & APO/FPO addresses) and Canada. For Orders, Payments & Shipping details, please reference below.
Sale Items: Sale pricing applies to in-stock items only and are considered "while supplies last".
Free Samples: We often share free samples with our customers, many of which are scented items. If you or your child have a sensitivity to scents, please let us know and we will be certain not to include such items in your package; we will share an unscented item with you if in-stock and available.
A. United States
Orders & Payments: Simply place your order via our online boutique. We gladly accept Paypal, Money Order (U.S. Postal or Western Union) or the following Credit Cards (via Paypal payment system; Paypal account not required) as a means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Paypal & Credit Card Payments must be received within 24 hours of placing your order or your items will be returned to stock. Note: Once your order has been submitted and we have received your payment, we cannot allow you to change your payment method.
You will receive your order receipt via e-mail; this is the only receipt you will receive as we strive to reduce waste whenever possible.
If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, please be sure to include a street address as well.
Money Orders: We will contact you via the e-mail address you provide to confirm total payment due and the address to which you can mail the payment. Money Orders must be made out for the exact amount of your total order and must be received within 7 days of order placement or your items will be returned to stock. Your items will ship after the Money Order funds have cleared.
Billing/Shipping Important Notice: For security purposes, we require Paypal shipping addresses to be "confirmed" and to match the shipping address entered in our shopping cart during the checkout process. If your order does not meet these requirements, we will look into your order further to ensure your order is valid/secure. Additional inquiries, which may delay the shipment of your order, may include such things as, but not be limited to: requesting additional information from you (via the contact information you provide); inquiring further with Paypal; and/or requiring that your payment is refunded and a new invoice issued, allowing you the opportunity to resubmit payment with "matching" shipping information. In all scenarios, we will contact you via the e-mail you provide, informing you of your orders status. We ask that you respond to such e-mail communications within 72 hours, after which time your order will be cancelled (items returned to stock and a refund issued via the manner in which you paid).
Additionally, for orders >$75, we require the shipping, billing, and Paypal shipping addresses to be the same. We understand this requirement may pose an issue for those of you purchasing gift items or otherwise, where the billing and shipping addresses may differ; however, for security purposes, as a small business with minimal resources, this is a policy we must enforce.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax applies to all items, except cloth diapers, shipping to the State of Wisconsin. At the time of checkout, sales tax is automatically calculated and will be reflected in your shopping cart. On a very rare occassion, sales tax may not apply appopriately upon checkout (based on your specific shipping state/county and purchase items). If this occurs, to ensure appopriate sales tax has been applied, we will contact you and either refund or charge you additional sales tax monies.
Note: The Diaper Wagon reserves the right to refund and/or cancel any order for any reason after submission and to refuse shipment to any shipping address, and/or individual at any time.
Shipping: The Diaper Wagon is not responsible for any items once they have left our hands, whether they are lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise.
- All US orders SHIP FREE* via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, depending upon the total weight and size of your package. A shipping notification will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
- In-stock orders ship the same business day or within 1-2 business days following payment and usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Note, some items may be “drop shipped” from the wholesaler; these items typically ship within 2-5 business days.
- Shipping insurance is available for purchase and is highly recommended. The Diaper Wagon is not responsible for any items once they have shipped; that includes packages which have been damaged, lost in transit or otherwise.
- If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you hereby agree to pay for the order in full, including shipping expenses and waive all rights of chargeback.
- Due to the many different rules and regulations of each prison system, The Diaper Wagon is unable to ship to prison addresses at this time.
- As an environmentally friendly business, we do our best to reduce waste and recycle whenever possible; therefore, your items may arrive in a reused package or box and your package will not contain receipt information - all receipts and shipping notifications are sent via e-mail. Additionally, multiple orders placed within a 72-hour period will be combined and shipped together unless a specfic request is made to have the orders ship individually.
*Heavy Item Handling Fees may apply to the purchase of certain products. This fee, which will be noted on our website, is applied to the added expense of shipping heavier items. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to pay for the handling fee. This expense will be added to your shopping cart total and noted accordingly.

Note: Manufacturing guidelines prohibit the sale of bumGenius products internationally. Please contact us and we would be happy to assist you in finding a retailer for these, or similar products, within your country.
Shipping: The Diaper Wagon ships to Canada via USPS International First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail International. You will receive a shipping invoice for your order following order placement. Your package will ship after total payment (including shipping) has been received. Please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime for a shipping quote.

- If your item ships via International First Class Mail, please note that this shipping method does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation; therefore, The Diaper Wagon requires a "Certificate of Mailing" is added to all Internatonal First Class shipments. The cost for the Certificate of Mailing is approximately $1.15 - this amount is automatically included in your shipping invoice. This certificate serves as "proof of mailing" since tracking is not available. The "confirmation" that this certificate offers is not only beneficial to The Diaper Wagon, but to our customers as well.
- A shipping notification will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
- In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days following total payment. Note, some items may be “drop shipped” from the wholesaler; these items typically ship within 2-5 business days.
- We do not and cannot track or manage the thousands of international import laws, rules, guidelines and limitations for the many countries we ship to. We urge all of our international customers to check with their local customs office prior to placing an order if there are ANY questions regarding the importation of a product, ingredient or quantity of product.
- Shipping fees do not include any customs or brokerage fees, or importation taxes, duties, tariffs, penalties, etc. These remain solely and completely the customer's responsibility.
- Should your package be held or refused by customs for any reason at the destination country, you hereby remain responsible for the full purchase price of the order plus shipping costs.
- If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you hereby agree to pay for the order in full, including shipping and waive all rights of chargeback.
- Note, it is a violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs therefore we will not accommodate such requests. Additionally, we cannot send an invoice which displays a purchase price less than the actual order amount.

International First Class Mail (Canada):
a) < 4 lbs total weight & total order between $0 - $21.99 ships for $3.50 (customer expense)
b) < 4 lbs total weight & total order between $22 - $43.99 ships for $5.50 (customer expense)
c) < 4 lbs total weight & total order between $44 - $64.99 ships for $7.50 (customer expense)
d) < 4 lbs total weight & total order over $65 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING* to Canada!
*Total product amount paid by the customer, after applicable coupon/discount/sale, must be > $65.00 (shipping expenses do not count towards total).
Priority Mail International (Canada):
> 4 lbs total weight ships to Canada at the customer's expense based on shipping weight. Please contact us if you believe your order is over 4lbs - we will be happy to share a shipping quote with you.
2. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, you may receive a refund via the manner in which you paid* or store credit which expires within 60 days of the cancellation date. *The Diaper Wagon will issue a refund via business check or store credit for those orders paid via Money Order.
If you wish to cancel your U.S. or Canada order after it has shipped, please contact us immediately. Upon arrival, simply write "Return to Sender" or "Refused" on the unopened package. Once the package is received by The Diaper Wagon we will issue a refund or store credit (minus the shipping expenses incurred by The Diaper Wagon for your initial order AND return shipping expenses). All refunds will be given via the manner in which you paid (we will issue a business check or store credit for those orders paid via Money Order).
Returns, Refunds & Store Credit: Many of the products we offer fall under the same health and safety regulations as underwear and other intimate apparal. Legally we must follow strict guidelines as we have an obligation to all of our customers to do so. Such items are not eligible for return and include, but may not be limited to: personal care products (baby & family); laundry detergent; pregnancy and ovulation strips, menstrual cups, sea sponges, and any used and or washed cloth pads, diapers, diaper covers or diapering accessories.
We want you to be happy with your purchases at The Diaper Wagon. If you would like to return your U.S. or Canada items for refund or store credit please contact us within 30 days of purchase. ALL U.S. & Canada sales are final 30 days from date of purchase. We will determine if the item is considered "returnable" and provide you with the required Retrun Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
We will issue a refund or store credit (minus shipping costs incurred by The Diaper Wagon for your initial order) after we receive the returned package and it is confirmed that the item is in fact deemed "returnable". All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be given in the manner in which you paid (we will issue a business check or store credit for those orders paid via Money Order).
Return eligibiliy requirements and important notices:
- All U.S. & Canada Sales Are Final 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return packages MUST be post marked within 30 days of purchase date. Any items received by The Diaper Wagon that are post marked after 30 days of the purchase date will be "refused" and returned to you at your own expense.
- The RMA number on all returned items must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- All returns should be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information, and insured to cover the total value of the returned items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. The cost to ship the returned item back to The Diaper Wagon is your responsibility.
- Sales on discontinued, sale and personalized items are final at the time of purchase.
- Sale pricing is not retro-active. We will not honor promotional discounts or sales/clearance to orders placed prior to the insititution of the sale.
- Cloth diapers, diaper covers and diapering accessories to be returned MUST NOT be worn, washed, or used and must be in new condition in original packaging, with tags (if applicable), free of any stains or marks and odor-free. Odors include, but are not limited to: perfumes, oils, cooking odors, pet odors, smoke, or anything that doesn't smell "new."
- "Free Inserts" included in the sale of individual or package diapers must be returned unwashed and unused with the diapers in order to be eligible for a full credit of the product price. If diapers are returned without inserts, the retail cost of the inserts will be deducted from the store credit.
- Items returned to us that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or in any way not "new" are not eligible for exchange or store credit and will be returned to you.
We sincerely apologize if the order you received is incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date so that we may promptly address the issue. Thank you!
3. Defective Items/Manufacturer Warranty
If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Most manufacturers offer limited-time workmanship and materials warranties on select products.
The majority of manufacturers prefer to handle defective product matters directly while a select few require that The Diaper Wagon handle such matters. If your item is one that is handled by the manufacturer, we will provide you with the manufacturer's contact information so that you may work with them directly. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or conerns about the process.
Important: ALL manufacturers' warranties are void if the product(s) were not cared for properly. For most manufacturers this includes, but it not limited to, washing your diapers in fabric softener or detergent with additives, or using various diaper creams with your diapers.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and strive to protect it. Our website has security measures in place to help protect the loss, alteration and misuse of the information under our control. The information is stored in a secured operating environment.
The personal information you provide is used by The Diaper Wagon to complete your order in a timely and professional manner; to contact you concerning your order; to answer your questions; and to communicate with you via our various social networks and/or newsletters (upon your request). Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or other select retailers (if any item is oversold) in which case your shipping address and order details, excluding payment information, will be provided for delivery purposes. The checkout process at The Diaper Wagon will direct you to a 3rd party payment processor, where you will be asked to provide information to complete your order. Credit card information, expiration dates and CVV codes are never given to us by 3rd party payment processors. In addition to 3rd party payment processors, our website contains links to other websites. Although we are very selective in choosing these links, The Diaper Wagon does not assume any responsibility for or make any warranties about the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
The information you share with us when signing up for our newsletter is stored on a 3rd party secure server. This 3rd party will not, under any circumstances, steal this information, contact you, market to you, sell your information, or share it with any other party, unless required by law to do so. Your information is kept strictly confidential.
The Diaper Wagon does record and track information such as, but not limited to: referring links (i.e. how you got to our website), pages visited, length of visit, day of visit, etc. This information helps us analyze site traffic patterns and usage as well as improve our product offering and quality of service.
Protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities, but as with all websites, ours may be vulnerable to service interruptions, intentional attacks, or other events that may compromise the security of our site and the information contained therein (including that which you provide). Accordingly, by submitting such information, you acknowledge and agree that The Diaper Wagon is not responsible for any direct or consequential damages that may result from such events. 5. Care & Caution
Your health and safety is very important to us. Please take care and caution when using any of the products that we offer.
All products (cloth diapers, diaper covers, training pants, swim diapers, cloth diaper accessories, wetbags, clothing, etc. ) must be washed at least once, if not several times, before first use to remove any residues which may have been left from the manufacturing and/or shipping process; such residues may irritate the skin and may keep your diapers from absorbing wetness. Inspect new products upon arrival and before EACH use; if any product is not fully in-tact, in working and safe condition, discontinue use immediately! This includes, but is not limited to: loose or broken snaps, damaged Snappi fasteners or those that have been used longer than the recommended timeframe, loose or broken zippers, damaged diaper pins, unraveled thread, exposed elastic, etc. And always use extreme caution if any product preparation recommends using hot water; prepare such items at your own risk, away from children and others, and allow to cool completely before use.
All items offered at The Diaper Wagon should be used for their intended purpose only. Please take great care to keep products such as, but not limited to: personal care products, laundry detergent, Snappi fasteners, diaper pins, diaper pail fresheners, wool care products, wetbags, tags, mailing/packaging materials, etc. away from children and pets at all times. In case of ingestion contact Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) and/or seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Immediately discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider should any product cause sensitivity, irritation or otherwise. Please also contact your healthcare provider should you have any questions or concerns about a product and its effect on your/your child's health or well-being prior to, or after use.
If you have general questions, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you. If we are unable to do so, we will seek the assistance of one of our many wholesalers or direct you accordingly.
